What we do

We connect people and entrepreneurial ideas to make change happen. Our aim is to help revolutionise the way that governments, businesses and the social sector work together – driving business as a force for good. This is based on the belief that this is the only way we can address the scale and urgency of the challenges facing the world today.

What we focus on

There are three core areas of focus to our work:

1. Business as a Force for Good – transforming businesses to value both people and the planet in all they do - starting with our wonderful 200 Virgin Group businesses

2. Global Leadership Initiatives - Richard and Virgin Unite are developing new global leadership models to address gaps in the way the world responds to issues like conflict, climate change and disease. 

3. In all we do, we are extremely privileged to be supported by a large community who ‘never accept the unacceptable’ and believe that business must be a force for good and that doing well in business and being good go hand in hand.
